Process Serving

Process serving involves the service of legal documents upon an individual or a company. Typically, the documents may be statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions, winding up petitions, claim forms, non-molestation orders, divorce petitions, eviction orders and orders to attend court such as N39s and N79s.

We have an extensive field force of experienced, licenced process servers throughout England and Wales. We can also provide service of documents overseas including British Virgin Islands (BVI), Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Ireland, Luxembourg, Panama, Spain, Germany, Italy and many others. We have also served Divorce Petitions in Malaysia, India & Indonesia.

CASE STUDY

 

Debt Recovery Department within a Law firm

This is a regular client sending around 30 statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions and winding petitions to serve per month. They wanted something extra to help in recovering their debt. Therefore,  we suggested a mini doorstep interview with debtors who were personally served. We were able to gather information such as debtor mobile numbers, approximate value & condition of house, photo and employment status. Our client finds this information very helpful in deciding which next step to take in debt recovery.

Property Department & Squatters
We were contacted by a lawyer within the property department of a law firm who required urgent same day service of squatters on land on an industrial estate. We issued the documents at court and that afternoon attended the site personally serving two individuals in caravans at the site and attached other documents to posts around the site. An affidavit of service was prepared and returned to our client.
